The Starchild Enigma

The story of the Starchild Skull begins in the 1930s, with the accidental discovery of the Skull in a long-abandoned mine near Mexico's Copper Canyon region. Lloyd Pye became involved with the Starchild Skull in 1999, and founded The Starchild Project in February of that year. He's the chief USA fundraiser, international spokesperson and research coordinator. He has also written the seminal book on the skull, titled "The Starchild Skull", and he has appeared in numerous television documentaries, on national and international radio, and written a series of articles for publications in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Italy Japan, and Brazil.

Lloyd will be presenting a summary of his 10 years of research into the unusual skull.

• The skull's bone is about half as thick as normal human bone
• The bone weighs about half as much as normal human bone
• The bone is substantially stronger than any known bone on planet Earth, with a mineral profile more like dental enamel than bone
• The bone was radio carbon dated in 2003 to be 900 years old (+/- 40 years)
• The skull was reportedly found in an abandoned mine tunnel in the Copper Canyon region about 200 miles SW of Chihuahua, Mexico
• The skull is morphologically unique, and does not match the physical profile of any known human deformity
• The bone of the skull contains an as yet unidentified reddish residue of a type that had never been seen before in bone
• The bone of the skull contains microscopic fibres that have never been seen before in the bone of any animal
• Attempts to recover DNA from the skull easily produced its mitochondrial DNA, which proved its mother was fully human. However, no nuclear DNA could be recovered using human-only primers, which strongly indicates that the skull's father was something other than a typical human.

UFO's and the National Security State: Cover-Up Exposed

In 1994 Richard Dolan became interested in the UFO problem, approaching it from the angle of history and politics. He was intrigued by the cultural schizophrenia - the fact that mainstream and academic culture (official culture) continued to treat UFOs as amusement, but that so many intelligent people privately had taken it seriously.

Throughout 1995, 1996, and 1997 he conducted a systematic bibliographic search, hunting down the many out-of-print books and UFO documents released over the years through the Freedom of Information Act. He found the amount of information nearly overwhelming. A detailed chronology of relevant events was prepared in advance of writing his critically acclaimed book, UFOs and the National Security State: Chronology of a Coverup, 1947-1973. This book provides the crucial foundation everyone needs: a clear, comprehensive, but concise historical narrative of the problem. He is completing work on the study's second volume, which will take the story deeper into the 20th century.

Exopolitics and the New World Order Agenda

Ex-oilfield executive Ian R. Crane lectures and writes on the geo-political webs that are being spun; with particular focus on US Hegemony and the NWO agenda for control of global resources. Over the past seven years, Ian has given literally hundreds of presentations on the anomalies between the physical evidence and the official version of various world events.

While demonstrating the willingness of governments and corporations to use the 'false flag' modus operandi, Ian has also uncovered a wealth of evidence that points towards the next level of a false flag activity. If the political theory adopted by the US Neo-conservatives demands the need for a direct external threat in order maintain 'social cohesion' than what might constitute that 'direct external threat' under the New World Order agenda?

MoD UFO files & the Milton Torres Sighting

The Ministry of Defence is in the process of declassifying and releasing its entire archive of UFO files. The files go back decades and are packed with thousands of fascinating cases, including UFOs seen by police officers and pilots, and UFOs being tracked on radar. There are also files from the Defence Intelligence Staff, some of which contain documents that were classified Secret UK Eyes Only. Simultaneously, figures released by the MoD show that UFO sightings have rocketed to a 10-year high. Nick Pope will update attendees on the release process and will also discuss one of the most extraordinary cases from the MoD files, detailing how a pilot - Milton Torres - was ordered to shoot down a UFO.

Wilbert Smith and the Origins of the Disclosure Movement

Wilbert Brockhouse Smith was a Canadian electrical engineer, radio engineer, ufologist. A longtime employee of the Canadian Department of Transport (DOT), Smith also led the small Canadian UFO research called Project Magnet from 1952 until it was formally discontinued in 1954; Smith afterwards funded Magnet until his death in 1962. Smith was a pioneer in the field that we now call the disclosure movement. He was described by Jerome Clark as "one of the most curious figures in UFO history, occupying a role no one had ever filled before and no one is likely to fill again."
