This is the full ticket price at £65. A single day ticket is £45 and a special event ticket is currently £20. A Special Event Ticket can only be purchased with a TWO DAY TICKET or a SATURDAY TICKET.

Booking by Post

To book by Post please send the following to Exopolitics UK, 6 Halsteads Way, Steeton, Keighley, West Yorkshire BD20 6SN.

a cheque made payable to "Exopolitics UK" for the appropriate amount
a note stating which reservation package(s) you are requesting and the number of tickets you require (e.g. TWO DAY PASS x 2)
and your email address, postal address and telephone number

You will receive notification by email that your cheque has been received. This will mean your reservation has been provisionally secured pending payment being cleared by your Bank / Building Society.

If we receive late payment for packages that have sold out we will return your cheque and contact you in order to offer an alternate package (e.g. tickets for a different day or without the special event ticket). If you are happy with this the alternative reservation will be immediately reserved for you and guaranteed pending receipt of a new payment and success completion of the transaction.

Booking Information

A daily pass (Saturday Pass, Sunday Pass or Two Day Pass) entitles you to see all the lectures and film showings in the daily schedule. These passes do not entitle you to participate in the Special Event that is scheduled for Saturday Evening. To join in with the conference organisers and speakers in the Special Event on Saturday Evening you need to purchase a package which includes a Special Event Pass.

If you have bought a ticket or a package that does not include the Special Event pass you can purchase a Special Event pass separately (if it has not sold out) by contacting the conference organiser Anthony Beckett on 07733 323841.

More details of the conference schedule, the speakers and the Saturday night Special Event will be announced in the coming weeks...

Note:- all passes and tickets are to be collected when you register at the conference venue. We do not send tickets out by post. If you book online you will receive a receipt from the online payment company (e.g. Pay Pal or Google Checkout). If you book by post you will only receive an email receipt if you send us your email address with you payment cheque.

Accommodation

We are please to announce that low cost accommodation can now be booked with the University of Leeds with prices from £29.00 per night.
